Present continue or progressive - exercises

The present continue (progressive) is used when you have an activity that is happening at the moment of speaking. Usually is used with these expressions of time: now, right now, at the moment, look!, listen!

Formula: subject + to be (am/is/are) + verb ( ing) + object.
