Had is the past of have and has. Have is used with (I, you, we, they) and has is used with (he, she, it).
In the negative forms, we use have with don't and doesn't (subject + don't or doesn't + have), In the interrogative, we use have with do and does. (do / does + subject + have?).
in both, negative and interrogative we use have with do, does, don't and doesn't.
had is the past of have in the affirmative form, but in the interrogative forms is used with (did + subject+ have) and the negative forms is used with (subject + didn't + have).
Have = have got, has= has got, in the questions, the structure is= have / has + subject + got? ex: Have you got? / has she got?. In the affirmative, it will be= subject + have / has + got. Ex: i have got. / She has got. In the negative forms, the structure is= subject + have / has + not + got. Ex: I have got. / she has got.
